Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of spaces available in each session, all group classes require an 8 hour cancellation notice. Members will be charged $15 for a late cancellation and $20 for a no show. There is a 5 minute grace period in each session. No entry will be permitted after the grace period ends, and in addition, a no show fee will be applied. No Exceptions will be made. Unlimited memberships and monthly packages will forfeit their class for the day if the class is not canceled 8 hours in advance, if the member no shows their booked class or if the member arrives late. It is the member's responsibility to double check their bookings before each session. Unlimited memberships allow only one reservation per day. Any session that is scheduled and not attended (whether it's due to attending a session at the wrong time, double booking in one day, showing up late etc) will incur a no show fee. Outstanding payments must be completed by 8 pm the night before the upcoming session. Failure to complete the payment will result in cancelation of the next booking until the fee is paid. If the Payment is not completed within 5 business days, the studio reserves the right to cancel all future bookings and the member will not be allowed to schedule a class until the fee is paid. No refunds will be offered for this time. By purchasing a membership and booking a class, the member agrees to comply with the booking policy set by Happy Core Studio.
